How It Works & How We Do It
Our customized dealer and customer audits assess whether dealers are following SOP’s, customer walkthrough (Mystery and Announced) and areas of improvement. Our customized dealer and customer experience audits help you enhance the delivery of your products and improve brand perception. The analysis and tracking of physical stock available at stockyard, stock in transit and sold stock is conducted on a timely basis.
We also investigate complaints about anti-competitive practices and enforces the operation and accuracy of scales, and ensure that we know where the money goes, with many middle men involved in the stock process. We also assist in the re-financing process for new additional stock.
